Just back from the park..Not a good day,First 3 stages went well,very slippy and bit damp.Damon Quinn enjoying the spin and was very impressed with the whole rally scene. An engine stall and a scare on the loose section slowed us a bit,But all was going well until SS4 when we lost 1st and 2nd gears in the rebuilt Elite box..Had a look in service but thought it was better to call it a day so we didnt damage the box any more...Then the heavens opened,,,what was bad turned into madness, the service aren on the grass was turned into a muck field and the cars where struggling to get in and out... the crack was still goood with people falling and cars getting stuck . The organisers decided to cancel the last stage but on SS7 a car went off and into a group of spectators,injuring 3 but not seriously thank God. The fun then started..Van got stuck in the mud as did the rally car, I think some of the larger service vans are still there !!!! But we did get out and home, wet but safe.... Keep watching for the next event,,need the box fixed and we will be back on the road soon.
